When you upload a rental contract for analysis, we process it as follows:
Purpose of Processing
The contract is used exclusively for AI-powered analysis to provide you with information about potentially invalid clauses and legal risks.
Storage Location
Processing takes place exclusively on Azure servers in the European Union (EU). There is no data transfer to third countries.
Storage Duration
Your contract is deleted immediately after the analysis is complete. We do not store copies, backups, or metadata of your contract.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and for contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We use this data exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

We only use technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies are used.
