These Terms of Service apply to all services offered through the website klausel.ai by slonge solutions, Benjamin Tobler, St. Gallen, Switzerland.

2. Service Description

Klausel.ai offers AI-powered analysis of rental contracts. The service includes:

  • Text recognition (OCR) of uploaded documents
  • AI-based analysis of contract clauses
  • Information on potentially problematic clauses based on German case law

3. No Legal Advice

The analysis provided by Klausel.ai expressly does not constitute legal advice and does not replace consultation with a licensed attorney. The results are for informational and orientation purposes only.

4. Prices and Payment

The contract analysis costs a one-time fee of €6.99 (incl. VAT). Payment is processed through the payment service provider Stripe. Upon payment, you receive immediate access to the analysis results.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

As this is a digital service provided immediately upon payment, there is no right of withdrawal after receiving the analysis results. By purchasing, you agree that the service begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal.

6. Limitation of Liability

slonge solutions is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the provided information. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

7. Requirements for Use

Use of Klausel.ai requires:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Uploading your own documents or documents you are authorized to review
  • No abusive use of the service

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.

10. Changes to Terms

slonge solutions reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
